EuroLink Virtual International School 

The it’s learning learning platform is being used to support an international Comenius project, which bears the acronym "ELvis". "ELvis" should not be confused with the "King of Rock ´n´ Roll" as it stands for "EuroLink Virtual International School".  A group of schools from the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, England and Italy that successfully applied for European Union, Lifelong Learning Programme, funding have enabled schools from Lithuania, Romania, Canada and New Zealand to join the project as affiliates.

Invitation to join international community

Amt für Lehrerbildung and the Ministry of education in Hessen, Germany, invite other it’s learning users to join them in the international community area of the platform. “I hope everybody will see this as an opportunity to network and share experiences with schools internationally”, the project director Daniela Bruse says.

School managers leading the way

Enthusiastic participants were quick to follow up the course with specific measures in their respective schools.

Use it's learning and save the planet!

GlobeFrom February 2009 students worldwide will have the opportunity to join the first international online course on climate change, offered by the Faculty of Life Sciences (LIFE) at University of Copenhagen. The course is developed by an interdisciplinary team of teachers including four members of the Intergovernmental Panel of Climate Change (IPCC). One of them is also the Senior Climate Adviser to Barack Obama.
