UpdateThe first it's learning update this year focuses on the administration area, introducing a new tool to support eSafety as well as extended possibilities for managing user rights through Policies. The mentor role has also been expanded to manage both attendance and behaviour keeping.

The biggest news this time is a new tool, Individual Learning Plan, for better follow-up of individual students as well as a new role in the hierarchy: the mentor. With these improvements we take on a major challenge in a teacher’s everyday life: lack of time!

New portal for user input

Idea PortalOn 20 May it’s learning released the Idea Portal – a new channel for users to reach our design team. The purpose of the portal is to gather suggestions from our users in a community where they can discuss and rank ideas.

Transfer grades at the press of a key

Teacher at PCThe main purpose of it’s learning’s recent focus on assessment has been to reduce the administrative burden on teachers. The result so far is an upgraded version of the grade book, which improves workflow. Now teachers can also transfer grades and a basis of assessment from the grade book in it’s learning to SkoleArena.

it's learning updateit’s learning was updated on 7 May. This time we have focused on the structure and organisation of the teaching process, which has led to a comprehensive restructuring of the lesson planner, which is now simply called planner. The aim has been to give teachers a better tool for planning the teaching of individual subjects. Now it is easier to plan multiple lessons, group them into topics and combine them into a complete course.
