Learning, growing and having fun... You've come to the right place.
Providing a personal learning space that is both appropriate and fully functional for early years' learners and KS1 pupils is vital if they are to be introduced to the concepts of ownership and ICT in a meaningful way.
My First Place provides that experience through its colourful, child-friendly and easy-to-use interface that gives the perfect foundation for future learning platform use
Using simple, recognisable icons, young digital adventurers can explore their own diary, file storage areas, drawing tool and basic word processor with just one click.
All pictures, text sounds and multimedia files created can be saved and combined into an exciting online 'virtual book' for the pupil to share with their class or the whole school community.
And with the sharing of children's material within teacher control, you will not have to worry about online security and safety.
Tailoring My First Place to suit individual abilities and experiences of pupils is easy, with tools and functionality added by you as they grow and learn.
Purposeful play in both adult-led and child-led activities can be explored through the wealth of resources that can be brought to the learning space. This includes interactive games, videos, images and RSS feeds and links to vetted websites.
My First Place will ensure you can support and really enhance your provision of the EYFS frameworks and ICT curriculum in a fun personal way!
