Maximise the benefits of your Learning Platform
Our Knowledge Exchange department is a unique support service, dedicated to working with schools to get the most from their Learning Platform. It is managed by experienced educationalists, with a practical background in the use of technology in schools, who work closely with our training department.

Our advisors assist schools in the process of embedding a Learning Platform into the school curriculum and administrative systems, to enable a dynamic approach to teaching and learning as well as communication at all levels. There is an opportunity for assistance with content creation and webinar sessions to supplement training that can be tailored to support all key stages.
Advice, support and knowledge exchange
Subscription to the Knowledge Exchange is available to school and Local Authority staff. As a Knowledge Exchange subscriber, you can work with one of our advisors, who will answer your questions and walk you through the learning platform functionality and features, to develop your schools learning platform at a time which suits.
Support is available through a free-phone telephone line, weekdays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and by email. In addition there is online support via KX Online, where our Learning Platform provides a place to work together with teachers and advisors across the UK.
Online KX members are able to exchange ideas via forums and access practical advice about functionality, including updates on new tools and features. Case studies and tutorials cover a variety of Learning Platform uses and you can use our exemplar curriculum based Courses as a source for ideas and discussion or download them for use within your own school.
