Training for Local Authorities

We will work in consultation with a Local Authority to create a training and implementation programme that is in line with the development goals of the LA. This ensures that our training model delivers the desired best practice message, specific objectives and group differentiation strategies.

Once we understand the LA needs through face-to-face meetings, we will develop a MIP or Managed Implementation Programme, outlining the full plan, goals, deliverables, roles, responsibilities and timelines. This MIP will address initial implementation with an on-going support system. This approach informs the planning and application processes associated with embedding our products effectively within your Local Authority.

Additional Support can also be found through our Knowledge Exchange.
