The Knowledge Exchange provides on-going pedagogical support during the training programme to ensure your school(s) reaches desired Learning Platform milestones.
The Knowledge Exchange is a pro-active support service that guides teachers up and over their learning curve. It is managed by experienced educationalists with a practical background in implementing a Learning Platform and content into schools and classrooms.
They are on-hand to respond to calls through the free phone line and e-mails. They are able to guide teachers through processes, help with the curriculum application of the Platform, support with class creation, property creation, to support and respond to queries.
The Knowledge Exchange is an optional, chargeable requirement for individual school purchases in order for us to provide on-going support post-training, ensuring continued success with embedding the learning platform into everyday practice.
