All of our customers receive free access to our Knowledge Exchange (KX) web site which contains exemplar curriculum material from foundation stage through to A Level. Teachers will see these materials organised within our VLE both to stimulate their own ideas and, also, so that they can incorporate relevant content into their own school site from the start.

We also offer an optional KX support service that provides on-going pedagogical support to ensure that every school achieves desired learning platform milestones.  This is a pro-active service -  in addition to our free technical support service - that guides teachers up and over their learning curve. It is managed by experienced educationalists with a practical background in implementing a learning platform in the classroom.

They are on-hand to respond both to emails and calls made to our free phone line. They are able to assist teachers not only in understanding functionality within it's learning but also how that functionality can be used to support the curriculum.  The KX team will provide support with content creation and any tasks that a teacher is undertaking to raise standards through the learning platform.
