Please accept our apologies for the email problems on Friday 18th Nov. Email was actually fixed that afternoon but it appears from this thread and some calls we received that some people are still struggling to access mail. If this is the case on your computer, it is because the website has been cached locally so you need to clear out your cookies and temporary internet files. Here is how to do that in internet explorer:
Within your internet explorer browser go to "Tools" (or click on the cogwheel on more recent versions)and select "Internet Options".
Under the first tab ("General") you should see "Browsing History".
Click on "Delete" under this and then tick ONLY the following for deletion: "Cookies", "Temporary Internet Files" - please make sure that "Preserve Favourites website data" is UNTICKED (this is only an option on recent versions of internet explorer)
Then Click "Apply" and "OK". This will clear your cache and should allow you to log in normally. If you still experience any issue, please call our freephone support line on 0800 9775714 and a member of the team will be pleased to help you.
